Volunteer Information

Gary Robinson and Mickey O’Brien as members of the NTSSA Cup and Games Committee are placing immediate need for more volunteers for all NTSSA Tournaments including the largest recreational tournament in the United States our very own Tournament of Champions.

To keep the high expectations with all tournaments we need more volunteers. With over 450 teams from the North Texas Soccer Association members entering the TOC many associations assume we have plenty of volunteers to help. There is not one association that has too many volunteers. NTSSA would love to have any person interested in volunteering their time and energy to contact Gary Robinson, myself at the NTSSA office or any member of the Cup and Games Committee.

Volunteers are needed in all the phases for a successful tournament. From a couple of hours to as many hours you may wish to contribute. Teams entering tournaments in NTSSA want to leave that tournament with the feeling that was the best-organized tournament that team had entered. Whether they played their minimum games or won their division that feeling of accomplishment for the youth of our soccer community needs to be there. Any person that can control the weather please apply ASAP.

Both Gary and I have enjoyed our experience with the NTSSA Cup and Games Committee and we challenge each member Association to provide names and means to contact each prospective volunteer. Don’t wait till December we are planning now!
